Getting Help
During initial commissioning, the SolarVu® screens give feedback showing internet connections and data received from the inverters.
Data is updated every 10 minutes with a timestamp displayed so it may take a few minutes for a new update to appear.
Although SolarVu® is configured at the factory to match the information supplied, the inverters must be programmed with matching serial communication settings and the local internet settings must be correct for successful communication.
Connections and setup are explained in the SolarVu® installation guide. Watch the K135 indicators video which explains how to interpret what is happening.
If you still need assistance, call our technical support line in Toronto or email us.
Support Documents
SolarVu® installation guides are specific for each inverter type. A paper copy is shipped in the door of the SolarVu® enclosure for easy field reference.
Ensure you are using the matching guide. The installation guide, inverter manual and fault codes when available can be downloaded from the ANALYZER-Inverter Status screen on your SolarVu® energy portal.
